La oficina Evolve ENT es muy bonita, limpia & moderna los asientos son cómodos & suaves sus asistentes son muy ambles y atentas & te dé vuelven la llamada no les gusta que el paciente espere & eso se les agradece, ya que en otras oficinas tienes que esperar más de 30 minutos para que te a tiendan. El Doctor Shaheen Counts es puntual, profesional, humilde, dedicado & amable te escucha y te hace las preguntas correctas llegué con una molestia y salí sin ella lo recomiendo 100% no hay muchos doctores como él en este país Dios lo bendiga mucho excelente el mejor.

Before I met Dr. Counts, I was told the next ENT appointment with a Doctor at Ashford was 8 months away. Dr. Counts was communicative, attentive, and really helpful. He was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns patiently and thoroughly. His office has parking right outside and the office is nice and spacious. This is the ENT to call if you want to be seen quickly!

I had a wonderful experience while bringing my 6-year-old in for congestion and for vertigo myself. Scheduling our appointments was easy and quick. All of the staff is fully bilingual and extremely friendly over the phone, which made everything that much more pleasant. Dr.Counts was on time and very attentive. I experienced a 90% improvement in my vertigo the next day!!! He provided detailed recommendations for my 6 year old child's treatment plan and followed up after our appointments the next day, which I really appreciated. At the beginning I decided to go with this office because of over the phone customer service and they had appointments within 2 weeks of calling. Oh and they have plenty of hassle free parking!

Highly recommended if you need an excellent ENT. Dr. Counts is friendly and professional, and the brand new clinic is a great place to visit. Karly responds quickly through WhatsApp for appointment scheduling, and Dr. Counts has also come up with some creative solutions for my persistent ear infection. Great service!
