He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 2007 and has completed a residency at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Counts has practiced in various locations, including California, Wisconsin, and Virginia, and is now bringing his expertise to Puerto Rico. He is affiliated with several hospitals, including HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, Eden Medical Center, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland.
